Meno legal
Privacy Policy
Effective September 19, 2026
This policy explains how Meno handles personal information collected through trymeno.com and its early-access form. It applies to this marketing site, not to a future Meno product service; product terms and privacy information will be provided before that service is available.
Who we are and how to contact us
Meno operates this website. For privacy questions, requests, or concerns, email Ryan.thinker.dev@gmail.com.
Information we collect
When you request early access, we collect your work email address and business stage. You may also choose to provide your phone number and company. Our form-processing systems also use a one-way hash derived from your network address solely to limit abusive submissions; we do not store the raw address in the waitlist database for that purpose.
How and why we use it
We use this information to receive, review, and respond to your early-access request; communicate about the requested early access; prevent fraud and abuse; maintain the site; and meet legal obligations. Where applicable, we rely on our legitimate interests in operating a secure early-access program and responding to requests. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. If you provide a phone number, we use it only for individual follow-up about your early-access request. Providing it does not consent to automated marketing calls or texts.
Service providers and disclosures
We use service providers that host the website and securely process waitlist submissions, including Vercel and Supabase. They process information on our instructions to provide their services. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect people, Meno, or our rights.
Retention
We retain waitlist information only for as long as needed to manage the early-access program, communicate about your request, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. We will delete or de-identify it when it is no longer needed. You may request deletion earlier using the contact information below, subject to lawful exceptions.
Your choices and rights
You may ask us to access, correct, delete, or provide a copy of your personal information, or object to or restrict certain processing where applicable. To make a request, email Ryan.thinker.dev@gmail.com from the address associated with your request and tell us what you need. We may need to verify your identity. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority. We will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.
Browser privacy signals
The current site does not use advertising or analytics trackers and does not track you across third-party websites. Because there is no such tracking, the site does not change its behavior in response to Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals. Those signals therefore do not alter how the site operates today.
International processing
Our service providers may process information in countries other than yours. When required, we use legally recognized transfer mechanisms and safeguards for those transfers.
Children
This site and early-access program are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to remove it.
Changes
We may update this policy as the site or our practices change. We will post the updated policy here and change the effective date. Material changes will apply prospectively unless law requires otherwise.
