These Website Terms govern your use of trymeno.com. They do not govern a Meno product service, which will have separate terms before it is made available.
Use of this site
You may use this site for lawful, personal or internal-business purposes. You may not interfere with the site, probe or bypass security controls, submit false or misleading information, use automated means to access it without permission, or use the site in a way that infringes another person’s rights.
Early access
An early-access request is not an offer, acceptance, promise of availability, or commitment to provide any product or service. Meno may review, contact, decline, or stop accepting requests at its discretion. Product features, timing, and availability may change.
Intellectual property
The site and its content, including its design, text, graphics, and Meno marks, are owned by Meno or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. These terms do not grant you rights in them except for the limited right to use this site as described above.
No warranties
This site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Meno disclaims warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not promise that the site will always be secure, available, accurate, or free from errors.
Limits on liability
To the extent permitted by law, the person operating Meno and any suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from or related to this site. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes and contact
